360 Project Management

Three Sixty were appointed as Project Managers for this phased development within the Nottinghamshire YMCA's city centre venue. Working closely with the client, Three Sixty devised a phased strategy to the works thereby ensuring minimal inconvenience to the 'Y' as the building is used 24 hours a day for a variety of uses. The scheme comprised the replacement of the lift serving 7 floors, forming of new administration offices on the first floor, a new reception area and the formation of retail space at ground floor.
