Unit B1-B4 Trent Lane - Insurance works

Unfortunately, due to a major fire from a neighbouring site, elements of Unit B were fire damaged and required remedial works. The owners of Unit B1,B2 and B4 invited Three Sixty to project manage their works.
 
The scheme comprised the total recladding of the rear elevation of the unit and a large section of the roof, together with replacement steels, to be taken away and reclad.
 
Three Sixty organised the tendering and procurement of the works together with extensive liaison with adjacent unit owners / tenants, loss adjusters and insurance companies.
