360 Project Management

The new store is situated in the Didcot town centre development of The Orchard Centre. Three Sixty Project Management Limited were appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for the fitting out of a developers shell to form a new 3500sq.ft discount retail store

We undertook an extensive tendering process (not just for the main works but also specialist elements) and ‘batched’ the works (along with schemes at Havant and Witney) thereby realising a discount for the client. Before the fit out could commence however, Three Sixty liaised with the Developer to ensure they delivered the scheme as envisaged and in readiness for the new store to trade. The Fit out was successfully completed in 6 weeks and has exceeded all expectations in terms of sales
